the staff offered recommendations for local restaurants, a very useful touch.
I had issues with the air conditioning. They turned it off, and my room became unbearably hot. it really impacted my stay, because i ended up staying in the room for two days (which i wasn't planning). getting a fan eventually helped, but it was disappointing initially.

The staff set up parking, a ZTL pass, and dinner reservations without issues. That was convenient.
The room was small, perhaps the size of a walk-in closet. I found that unacceptable, considering the cost. The air conditioning was also turned off, causing the room to become uncomfortably hot. I requested a fan, but it was not immediately provided.

I like the hotel's very strategic location. I found it near many important landmarks. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a good experience. I especially like the fresh pastries and fruit.
My room was small. A larger room would have been better. The air conditioning was not working well. I did face some inconveniences when getting in late at night.
